I got my nose job bad in Busan so I went for a consultation
in Gangnam to see if it would be different.
I only went there on the same day, so I only visited two places:
1. ㅊ
ㅇㅊㄹ
and ㅂㅇㅂ.
They suggested two methods:
1) Costal cartilage +
silicone 2) Silicone removal.
They said that if I wanted a higher nose, I would do method 1. The director was blunt but only said what was necessary, so I liked that.
2. ㅂㅇㅂ
1) Costal bone + silicone.
They recommended this method here, and when the director, not the consultant, asked me when I would schedule the surgery, I wondered what was going on, but
for now, I haven't decided where to get it done.
My nose is currently on its third surgery, and
my skin is thin, the tip of my nose is sagging, and the silicone is showing through.
