I have oily skin with thick skin and wide pores, and the nostrils are wide, so it's not a nose nose, but a thick nose skin...
About 6 years ago, I just had the nose bridge silicone + nose tip cartilage tied, but the shape was the same, only the bridge of the nose was formed. I was scared of reoperation and didn't have money, so I just lived. However, I am considering reoperation because I heard that a thick nose needs to have some dermis and fat tissue removed. Is there anyone similar to me who was satisfied with belly nose correction surgery after removing a bit of dermis/fat tissue under the skin?
