Functional rhinoplasty surgery VS otolaryngology which is better?

First of all, I have made a reservation with the director of the otolaryngology department at the plastic surgery department. I paid the reservation deposit, but I am thinking of canceling it with a certain fee. Please don't tell me that this is the answer.
 
I'll just stick to the tip of my nose for now. I'm thinking about 80 for function and 20 for beauty because the function is so bad.
