It's been about 6 years since my first surgery, and my beak was too high and my nose was too big, so I wanted a smaller nose, so I made an osteotomy and slightly raised the tip of my nose using the septum! But ㅜㅜ I must have been supporting it wrongly, but it was bent so much that I almost wondered if I could breathe through one nostril, so the asymmetry was so severe that
I should just live with it and do it before I get too old! I wanted
to do it this time!
Nose tip - ear cartilage & dermal support taken from autologous ribs
? Bijou? - Autologous
nose bridge - Alloderm (artificial dermis)
went in like this.
I really, really, really hated the side effects even if it meant dying. In fact, I was recommended silicone during my first surgery, but I didn't do it. This time, since it was a reoperation, I was worried and thought about it even more, and did Alloderm for the nose bridge. I wasn't going to do it, but I thought it would be necessary for aesthetic reasons since my nose was already shaved off so unevenly, so I decided to add it!
Actually, I was very worried because there weren't that many reviews about Jaggawook!! I saw a lot of reviews on Seongyesa so I wrote this to help too hehe!!
First of all, when performing autologous rib surgery, this hospital said that they would first remove the autologous rib and see how hard it bends for about 30-40 minutes before proceeding!
When the costal cartilage is inserted, it is called the warping phenomenon. As a side effect, the bending part often rises.
They said that this part was designed after looking at the bending hardness
in advance to prevent bending as much as possible
. Actually, I was most worried about the warping phenomenon. Although it is a safe material, my first surgery was difficult because it was bent. I was worried about some parts, but you explained those parts so well that I trusted them and proceeded!
And the pain!! This was the part I was most worried about. It was
sore, my back couldn't straighten, and it was hard to get up from sitting down. But honestly, can you tolerate this much? I think it's only moderate pain, but it may be because it's not even day 1 yet!
Even though I'm currently covered in splints and gauze, I feel at ease, so I think everything went well!
I was worried because there were so many bad reviews here, but I'm not sure if it's good, but it doesn't seem bad. I can view CCTV, and it seems like they make sure things like refund policy and things like that are clear. However, I recorded all the consultations and my parents accompanied me, so I think they paid more attention. I do
n't know what will happen in the future, and there may be side effects, but for now, I am satisfied , and I am not anxious because I think I have clarified
the side effects and the AS part
! I hope everyone’s surgery is the first and last time!
