Nasolabial cartilage injection… ?

If you look at this plastic surgery blog, it says that the desired nasolabial angle effect can be achieved with a cartilage transplant inside the nose without an incision. Are there many places that use this method?
 
I was attracted to the nasolabial angle because it seemed like a lot of ㅇㅂㅅ was done, but even if I looked there, I couldn’t find anything about nasolabial angle only with a nasal incision…
 
Of course, there are risks of side effects with this, but I'm concerned because they seem to be less than the incision method. I'm not particularly dissatisfied with my nose, but I keep worrying about the nasolabial angle.
