How about the upper convexity if you use Motiva full?

My breasts are a slightly saggy A cup, and I
 recently had my ㅁㅂㅇ, ㄷㅅㅎ, and ㅁㅂ surgery done,
 but they told me to get surgery with implants without an elevation for only ㅁㅂ
 , so I guess I'll have to make reservations for two more at the end of this month and go..
 If I can, I'll go for three.. ㅜ
 
Anyway, implants. I have received various recommendations for Motiva/Mentor/Sevin, but
 my heart is drawn to Motiva/Menek, and
 I am attracted to Motiva glue because my upper chest is weak.
 However, when I look at the reviews, I sometimes see people with quite severe upper bulges. Patients
 who have had surgery with Motiva glue are now how is it???
 It would be nice if it was someone who has had surgery for about 3 months, not someone who has just had surgery.
 Filling out the upper breasts is important, but I also don't want it to be too obvious ㅜㅜ
