Hello.
In 2010, I had double eyelids (inline) due to ptosis, epicanthoplasty, and back-trim, but
the ptosis (single eyelids) was not corrected and only an outline double eyelid scar was left.
I am trying to redo my eyes because of the ptosis (single eyelids where the strength to open each eye is different),
but I was told that I should do anterior closure (purpose: scar removal) first, so I am currently receiving consultations at the hospital.
Reason why I have to do anterior closure first and then eye revision surgery: They said that if I do anterior closure after eye revision surgery, the double eyelid line may change.
Reason for doing anterior closure: sunken scar, white scar due to epicanthoplasty (I want to keep the shape and length of the nasal septum and just remove the existing scar)
<ㅇㅂ, ㅁㅇㅌ, ㅂㄴㄸ, ㄹㅍㄹ, ㅅㅋㄹ> Consultations are complete and
<ㅅㅇ, ㅇㅅㅇ, ㅂㅇㅇㅇ, ㅇㅇ> reservations are complete.
In Myeong-T, they said that it would be difficult to remove the scar area because the tear duct would be blocked a lot.
Since the purpose is to remove the scar, they are looking for a hospital that leaves the least scar after restoration.
If there is a good hospital or hospital that would be good for restoration of the tear duct with the purpose of removing the existing tear duct scar while maintaining the shape and length of the tear duct, please share it with me.
