What kind of surgery should I do on my ugly nose?? ㅠ

Literally, from the front, the nose is wide to the side. I can't tell from the side, but from the front, the nose is wide and the nostrils are oddly shaped.. ㅠ People around me say it's the tip of the nose, but I have a nose that looks natural (the most important) but has a certain level of sophistication, when seen from the front. I want to make my nose, which looks wide at first, look thin and narrow. What kind of surgery should I get? Also, there isn't much information on hospitals that can make my nose look pretty.
