As a hobby, I work out with Pilates, and I decided to do Pilates in 2-3 months, but I just can't do it. I'm going to the gym because I'm tired,
but I don't think I'll be able to do heavy upper body weight anyway.
1. Is running possible? I like interval running, but is it too much?
2. I want to focus on lower body, but can I do it holding stiff dead dumbbells (not heavy weights)??
Exercising too broadly should only be done after 2-3 months. They say you can do the lower body, but there is no place to ask in detail.
