Rhinoplasty is expensive..ㅋㅋㅋ How much did everyone pay for their first surgery...?

I went for my first consultation today.
 Basic rhinoplasty costs 2.75 million won (no prosthesis) + flat nose correction + nostril reduction + nose tip (donation, septum, ear cartilage) = 400.
 Isn't it normal for a nose surgery to cost around 400? Because I do a lot of them..? ㅠㅋㅋ The nose itself is high and pretty, so she said that if she used silicone, the forehead line would look unnatural, and she would like to correct the tip of the nose and the spread of the nostrils when I smile. She said that my nose is big, but my septum is 22-23, so I think I'll have to use ribs to make it smaller.
