I had my first surgery with autologous dermis and only had a nose bridge, but
now, a year and a half later, the shape has spread out too much, so I'm considering a second surgery. I'm a man.
But I don't want to use implants like silicone, so I was looking into non-implant surgeries and found out about something called no-implant rhinoplasty. I had a consultation at JㅇJ, which is famous for that, and they grind up cartilage, shape it, and put it into the bridge of my nose. They said they'd use septal cartilage for the tip of my nose. Does anyone know about no-implant rhinoplasty? ㅠㅠ
