Do you know the reverse rotation technique?

I had a reoperation because my nose was a little inward. I thought it would be better to lower my nose a little. But I thought it was just cartilage rearrangement and had the surgery, but now my nose has become too long and blunt, with no shadow. My nose is also getting too big. I'm so stressed out that I suffer from depression every day. I vowed to have the surgery again and thought it would be okay to do it, but it seems like I had the surgery using retrorotation surgery.  said there are not many doctors who can perform this retrorotation surgery
 . However , it seems like it may be impossible to remove.
