What is the standard for being pretty?

I don't have many women around me, and my company is male,
 so I'm not sure about it objectively. There are a lot of pretty people on Instagram or something. Do you think you have to look like that in person to be considered pretty?
I've never seen someone like that, so I'm not sure how pretty they are.
 Are you talking about celebrities who are famous for being pretty?
I don't know how much is pretty and how much is pretty. I
 don't know how much is ugly and how much is average, so I don't know where I am.
