Do I need to lift all my sagging breasts?

I thought my breasts had to be saggy to be saggy, but
 after losing almost 17 kg through dieting and
 looking in the mirror, I realized that my breasts were sagging too;
 And if you look closely, it looks like the breasts are not just saggy, but gaping on both sides
 (drawing with my bare hands; hahahahaha).
 Should these breasts also be resolved with an elevation?
 If you have any experience with implants and elevation at ㅇㅇ, ㅇㄷ, ㄱㄹ (animal no.), please share the cost.
 Or, other hospitals as well. I just want to know the approximate cost.
 I haven't opened my savings yet; I think you will feel at ease if you think about the maximum amount first.
