Visibility of ear cartilage after revision rhinoplasty

This time, I had silicone removed through reoperation.
 The reason for the removal was not inflammation, but transparency. My skin is thin.

The material for the tip of the nose was the nasal septum and ear cartilage, but it would be a waste to remove even this, so I asked them to remove the silicone and allow the nose to return to its original state as much as possible so that it connects naturally with the bridge of the nose. I did not want to use additional cartilage, but I was told that I could use ear cartilage if necessary. I was told that I could cut the existing one and use it.
 After the surgery, I was told that when the silicone was removed, a step was created with the tip of the nose, so the ear cartilage was moved to the bridge of the nose and the bridge of the nose. But since the first week, I felt that the bridge of the nose was
 bulging. I
 went to the hospital and asked about it, and it got angry and swollen. He treated me like this and said that he would understand and that he would wait. I left feeling upset.
 Then, a week later, the swelling went down a little more and the shape of the ear cartilage became more visible, so I inquired at the hospital and they told me to come to the hospital. The date was also postponed due to the
 director's surgery schedule.
 I have not yet visited the hospital . I haven't done it yet. I want to request a refund.
I had surgery to remove the silicone from the beginning because it was showing through, but now in less than a month, my ear cartilage is showing through? This isn't just playing with my nose. I'm so angry.
