Is it okay to use only ear cartilage without a donor rib?

My nose itself is small and small... It's a low nose.
 When you look at it from the side, my nose is so low that it makes my face look straight, with the center of my face looking sunken.

I like both, but I feel like the It item analyzes my face accurately, but I think Cowon is good too.
 However, I think my nose is small enough that everyone else recommends donor ribs, but only Kowon says they don't use donor ribs. I'm worried.
 If I do surgery with only ear cartilage without using donor ribs, will I be able to avoid the side effect of the nose tip going down?
