Could this be a side effect of lip filler?

<This part is white>I got lip filler last Saturday.
 Regardless of my needs, it ruined my lips so much that
 I was so stressed out that I melted them all today.
 There is no pain or swelling, but is this not necrosis?
 I heard somewhere that if your lips are necrotic, they appear white or something like that.
 After dissolving everything, there doesn't seem to be any filler left, but there's something white that looks like
