I made a list of nose reduction and made an appointment at the first hospital I went to.
I
'll
write down things like a notepad, so
I
think
I
'll just filter out what
I
need
. One thing
- Sleep anesthesia
- Less risk of side effects (scars) = Medial incision
First of all, I absolutely wanted to do a medial incision. I
saw a lot of friends who had an external incision get stressed out about their scars because they said it looked like they had long vertical pores on their nose!
Also, I thought it was important to look at a place where anesthesia is provided.
Even though nose reduction is done with partial anesthesia
, I hate the pain and am scared of local anesthesia injections, so I
decided not to go because
there are literally no reviews on ㅂㅂㅌ.
They say this place is also good. There were a lot of them, but I
gave some importance to reviews, even if they were advertisements, so I passed!
I wanted to receive ㅇㅂㅈ from Dr. ㅇㄱㅇ, but
it wasn't a surgery and consultation reservations were full until mid-October
, so I failed because the schedule didn't fit.
For ㅅㅇㅋ, the only consultation available after work was next Monday, so
I went to ㅎㅇㅂ first because I was
able to get a consultation
right away. The consultation with the director was comfortable and good.
I received consultation mainly about the inner incision.
I was given detailed information on whether it would be difficult to breathe after the surgery, how to use anesthesia, whether there were
any side effects, how big the scar would be, when exercise PT would be possible, and how to perform the surgery.
First of all, I was worried that my nostrils would be mismatched, but
after hearing the explanation about the medial incision, I thought that since it was a surgery that didn't cause any dramatic changes in the first place, my current nose would be imbalanced to that extent. He
said that breathing after the surgery would not be a problem at all because my nostrils would be
bigger even if they were smaller, and that the scars would not be there. They say that since the incision is made on the inside of the nose based on the inner incision and tied from the inside, it is not noticeable at all. The doctor taught me how to do the surgery, and I thought it would be natural and good since it didn't seem like anything would be noticeable on the outside.
Since it was a 30-minute surgery, they didn't ask about anesthesia.
It's not general anesthesia, but sedative anesthesia,
so if you're sensitive to
this, I recommend asking in detail in advance. They said there are almost no side effects because it's not like inserting a foreign substance, and there are people who pay for the surgery half a day in the morning and go to work in the afternoon. You said it felt like a certain amount.
Because exercise PT is not good for blood flow to the face like other procedures or surgeries, it was recommended to be done about 1 to 2 weeks later.
The director has a good understanding of surgery and knows what people like these days, so he didn't recommend other procedures. I think it was good that there wasn't a push or anything like that. It didn't seem like a
burdensome procedure, so I
thought it would be a good idea to just get it once, so I went there and immediately just paid the deposit and left.
Let's go
