I see stitches after double-handling. Is it really okay if I leave it alone?

I'm posting this because I wanted to know if there was an experience similar to mine.
 I made an incision and the stitches were taken out last week. At first, it looked like a scab and it was a bit painful, so I left it alone, but a week later it was still the same? Even if you call it an ointment, it won't come off... When I touch it with tweezers, it feels like a foreign body and is the stitches iron? That's what I heard,
 
so I just went to a nearby plastic surgery clinic and tried to get it removed, but just in case, I sent a KakaoTalk message to that hospital, and it's closed until tomorrow. I got a reply in the morning, and it said it could be a scab or it could be that the thread note pinned inside the chest was exposed,,, emergency situation. They say no, but even if I want to pull the progress, there is no reply and I have to go up from the local area, so if you answer on the day the hospital opens, I can't go up... ㅠ Ha, there
 
doesn't really seem to be something wrong with the scab, and the stitches are correct, but if the inner stitches are exposed, you have to live with it still visible.
