I have a bridge of the nose, a curved nose starting from the curved part of the nose, a small nose, a slightly boxy nose, small nostrils, and a droopy nose at the tip of my nose. The hospital I made an appointment for told me to lower the bridge of my nose, the ear cartilage at the tip of my nose, the nasal septum, lower the columella, sharpen my curves, and make a side osteotomy. However, three out of four hospitals said that my nostrils were too small and my nose was too small, so if I put silicone in, it would show through or cause my eyes to go dark, so it's like covering it up with non-implants? They recommended not raising it, and only asked me to put 3.5mm of silicone in one place. But if I use a non-implant type, my nose bridge won't be high, so would it be okay without silicone? Maybe it's too low.
