Is there anyone who had their implants removed because their chest, neck and shoulders were in so much pain???

I’ve had breasts for about 4-5 years?? I think it worked, but when I did it, I used Motiva and
 did it subfascially. I guess this is different from the dual plane method, right? Anyway!!
 The director recommended Motiva Full 375cc, so I said yes without even looking into it.
 Originally, I had a straight neck, but my chest and front became heavier, and I gained weight... and
 so on, my shoulders became more and more dry. My neck has become a complete inverted C-shaped neck.
 Are there people who have their implants removed because they are this heavy?
 If I take it out because it's heavy and uncomfortable, will my breasts sag because of the implants I put in them???ㅠㅠㅠ
 These days, my arms are so numb, my shoulders always make a grinding sound, and I turn my neck to the side. It hurts so much even when I look straight ahead
 that it's uncomfortable to sleep..... ...Is it better to leave it out, everyone? Or reduce the size through reoperation? ㅠㅠ
