Since this is a hospital that does anterior cheek implants, I wanted to ask about that and there was quite a bit of word of mouth in this regard, so I received confirmation that the surgery was successful. Perhaps because of the COVID-19 situation, people like me who have had surgery elsewhere and are being verified, seem to be proceeding with non-face-to-face consultations.
(Maybe because it's non-face-to-face, it's half the price of the previously known consultation fee)
I visited, took a CT scan, and took pictures, and they said it would be good to have a pre-surgery copy, so I submitted a pre-surgery CT scan to the hospital where I had the surgery. I was really busy that day. I was fortunate that we were in the same area. ... (If you go, prepare in advance... I don't want you to go through the trouble twice like I did...) I
received the consultation video via email two days later, and they posted pictures and explained me in detail based on the questions I submitted during my visit. Just what I wanted to know. I understood it clearly because he explained it clearly.
Anyway, the bone was well attached without a nonunion, and other than the director's unusual fixation method, the surgery went well. I feel sorry for belatedly doubting the director due to the rumor that he was a weirdo... ㅠ hahaha And
. I asked about front cheek implants... He said he wouldn't recommend them... He told me to lose 5 kilos... LOL It's bittersweet, but I feel relieved to know that the surgery went well and there were no problems.
Oh, and for those who have asymmetry after surgery, check out the pre-surgery CT and photos. After the surgery, I looked at the shape of my face and realized that I had asymmetry and was worried that it was because of the surgery.
When I compared it with the pre-surgery CT, it turned out that what I had was correct. What's more, the unoperated cheekbone was more asymmetric than the operated cheekbone... Haha, I knew this for the first time. Anyway, that's a normal value, and it won't be corrected by reoperation. So just live your life worrying less.. haha
Anyway... Don't just increase your worries by reading ghost stories on the Internet, go see an expert... Got it...?
