I'm skinny and obese, so the size change is noticeable with the naked eye!!! It's not visible, but looking at the before and after photos, there's a big difference... haha...
Anyway, here's the first month review!!!!!
The size has decreased by 2cm, and the fat that used to flutter when I wave my arms has shrunk to the point where I can clearly see it! My boyfriend used to tease me about my fat body, but now he says it's amazing every time he sees me hahaha. Due to the nature of my job, I have to wear a uniform, but I feel like I've lost a lot of weight because the part of my upper arms that goes down from my shoulders has become slack... My arms are getting thinner, so I'm having a hard time. It looked small^^... Even my co-workers looked at my arm every day, saying it was amazing. I met my friends for the first time in a while, and they were amazed that their size had gotten smaller. Haha, I was proud...
Um... And tomorrow, I'm going to get extracorporeal shock wave treatment for my 4th week of treatment. !! I thought I had become much thinner now, but I still had some lumps on my insides, so I decided to get a body worm. When the lumps on my insides go away, I will become thinner and prettier, right? Looking forward to it....

And if you are reading this article, you are probably dieting or have experience with dieting. Can you recommend a home workout??? I bought chicken breast for the first time in my life, and if you have a good diet, please share it...❤️When I was young, I would lose weight when I starved, but now that I'm older, I'm sagging and not losing weight as much as I used to, so I'm trying to exercise^^...
