Have you ever seen someone who looks like he or she is Southeast Asian because he or she has two hands?

I'm worried that if I double-wield, I'll end up looking like the picture. I know someone who has the same eyes as the picture, and I feel burdened every time I see them. The photo is not mine, I just took it while searching on the internet and wondered what would happen if I ended up looking like that Southeast Asian. I'm not at that level either, but when I draw the line, does it feel good overall? It has a Southeast Asian feel.
Why are the folds of the double eyelids sunken like in the picture? And what should I do to dual-wield without feeling like I’m Southeast Asian? Eyes that are thin and lightly folded like the second one are the feeling I want.
