If you have a long face in the central part, double arms

My face is long in the middle and just long overall. I think my philtrum length is average, but I have a long nose. I tried to get the lines drawn during a double eyelid consultation, but because of my double eyelids, my eyes widen upward, so my nose looks much longer and bigger.
 That's why I originally had an in-out line. I wanted to do it, but I'm wondering if I should make it thinner by in-line.
 Since I open my eyes through my forehead, if I do the surgery considering the incision and bridge of my eye, the gap between my eyebrows and eyes will be smaller and my nose will look longer. ㅠㅠ It would be right to give up on the in-out and get it in-line. ?
 Is there anyone who has a long nose but has dual wielding skills? Please tell me how the line was done and how it looks after the surgery.
