Two and a half months after nose surgery, sagging has decreased.

It's been two and a half months since my nose surgery... I asked for it to look natural but definitely raised, and from what I can see now, a lot of the swelling has gone down ㅜ My original style, which goes down easily with swelling,
 looks much lower than when I first started, so I worry about it when I look in the mirror every day. Should I just do the nose tip with early correction, or should I leave it as is and do it later, since it will go lower later? ㅠ I'm so worried that even though
 I know I shouldn't touch it, I keep touching it and end up with a pig's nose ㅠㅠ Also, my nostrils need to be clean by nature, so I pick them in the morning and evening to clean them, so I guess they'll look even weirder, right? Ha ㅠ
 It was my first surgery and they paid over 500, so I'm scared that they would just ask for a higher price and it would be weird, so I'm mad.
 Other than the lower price, there are no side effects at all yet.
