Otolaryngology Functional Nose 2 months later, results of nasal bridge depression and symptomsㅠㅠ Please help me..

I had surgery to insert nasal bridge silicone into the septum cartilage at the tip of my nose.
 Last Thursday, I suddenly felt like the cartilage was falling off...
 I didn't feel anything, and I had already made an appointment at the hospital.
However, as time passed, the inside of my right nose felt a little stuffy and pressured. Even though it was fine in the morning, it felt like it was pressed a lot in the evening. I
 sometimes felt a little tenderness. And I felt a shadow of a depression on
 the back of my nose and when I touched it, I felt like it was a little tight. I could feel it
 , and I went to the hospital just today.
 I explained what I felt, and the director looked at the tip of my nose and it was fine and large. I don’t have anything like that? He said this and
 told me not to worry too much..
 So I didn't have any symptoms before, so I asked if it was okay for it to be open like this and I felt a little stuffy. He said it was okay and to just leave it alone and that it was his cartilage anyway so it didn't matter
 
: This was okay. Is that right?ㅠㅠㅠ
 I'm nervous and worried that it might be a problem later.
