Please check the swelling on the 4th day.

I had an incision + eye correction + epicanthoplasty, but my left eye turned red as if I had been bruised. It's been 4 days, and it looks the same as the day of surgery. I
 heard that some people have swelling even after removing the stitches, but I'm curious if this is average swelling,
 
and I'm more worried about it than the swelling. The left eye slit seems to be shorter than the right, so it might look symmetrical. Should I ask for this later? Is it just me that cares? I need to see the swelling go down more, right?

I continue to walk for 30 minutes 1-2 times a day, use cold compresses, and even sleep while sitting. If anyone knows a way to get rid of the swelling faster, please let me know in the comments!!ㅠㅠ
