Inline vs In-Out Line Decision

I'm really having a hard time deciding between in-line and in-out line while getting double eyelid surgery. Of course, if I go to the hospital, the doctor will probably recommend something... ㅠㅜ How did you all decide? For your information, I have no double eyelids, and I think I should get front or upper eyelid surgery as well... ㅎㅎ
 
1. In-line
 : If you look at New Jeans Minji's eyes, they are clear and pretty enough even though they are in-line. Her innocence and naturalness are emphasized..! But I think eye correction is also necessary to make your eyes look bigger...
