Can I go back to my round nose? (Pinocchio nose)

I had surgery 10 years ago, and the tip of my nose was lifted and bent, and I had trouble breathing, so I re-operated with a self-implantation, but my
 Pinocchio nose got worse and
 it was too high and didn't match my image...
 I became Michael Jackson
 . It doesn't get better over time, but it gets thinner and more pointy
 . I was craving it, so my eyes were drawn to it, and I was craving Biju, and I
 became a complete nine-tailed fox.
 My image changed, I couldn't meet people, and I couldn't do anything because of the panic... I'm just counting down the days for the reoperation..
 
If I do the reoperation, will my nose bridge and tip be lowered and round
 again?? ..I’m worried that it might not work out..
 I want to go back to my gentle image..
