Last time, I was thinking about getting plastic surgery because I have a small nose and bridge, but I didn't have much knowledge, so I posted a post asking what I could do. The surgeons recommended and did not recommend orthodontic surgery, and it helped me a lot! I went to another hospital today to get a nose consultation, but this time I was told that my septum was damaged again. The hospital I went to before said that I needed to use costal cartilage because my septum was small,,; So, I decided to use 3mm on the bridge of my nose and do a straight line with the nasal septum, but from the looks of it, do you think it would be okay to use 3mm on the bridge of my nose?
