Gauze found in nose at 2 and a half months old

Even though it's been two and a half months since my nose surgery, I have difficulty breathing and one side is especially blocked. I thought it would block the area to some extent because of the osteotomy, so I went to the hospital about a week ago because it was so uncomfortable.
 
The doctor who performed the surgery looked inside my nose and saw that some cartilage was sticking out, so he would shave it off and do the rhinitis surgery. I asked to see him first and wondered if I had developed rhinitis that wasn't there before, but it was really frustrating. It made me wonder if I had to live like this ㅠㅠㅠㅠ
 
I was looking through the castle and someone told me to go to the ENT doctor if my nose was stuffy, so I went there a week after visiting the doctor. LOL. At first I thought it was a big booger, but when I removed it, it turned out to be gauze. Hahahahahahaha For some reason, my nose smelled a bit like it was stuffy and I was so stuffy. When I was sleeping, my nose was so stuffy that I woke up with a dry mouth.

First of all, I told the hospital, but they just said they were sorry. This was a medical accident. What should I do? It's ridiculous that I couldn't find it. What would have happened if I hadn't gone to the ENT? Aside from that, there are small lumps of blood coming out of the phlegm. I wonder if they are the lumps that came out when the gauze was removed ㅠㅠㅠㅠ Ah, I was worried that I would get stressed and get infected.
