Crying at the 3rd week of double incision,, I’m curious~~

It's been 3 weeks since I had double incisions.
 At first, when the stitches were removed, the lines were clean and there were no bumps except for swelling, but one day, one eye was shaped like a triangle. I looked at it with my eyes closed and it was because of the swelling, but the front line was not a blister, but it was crying loudly like a blister... Originally. What happens if new skin grows during the recovery period??
Anyway, even if you ask the hospital, they will tell you that it is only 3 weeks and you need to wait longer.
 Is there anyone who had double incision surgery and recovered well??
