<현재 상태야 ><This is the current state>I wrote this before, but I'm receiving dressing treatment at a university hospital.
Fortunately, the necrosis has stopped
and I'm gaining weight,
so I can see the ulcer area getting smaller little by little. But the scar is so severe and it's
still very red and hard , so I think hypertrophic scar contracture will occur when
the wound closes.
I don't think the area will gain as much weight as the normal columella, and
it's very stressful to see the top of the columella being cut off...
Do you have any examples of receiving insurance for compensation?
Please tell me about a place that is good at
performing columella reconstruction surgery
. ㅠㅠ Looking at your previous post, it looks like you've definitely grown some new skin..?
Whether it's your reoperation or your first surgery, you
have to be careful to see if they provide good follow-up care or treatment.
The hospital I worked at almost neglected the treatment,
so it got worse. My condition is all they need to do is just surgery,
but I left it to the treating nurse
and sutured the doctor several times. After surgery and suturing,
it was difficult to see the face. The surgery is really important, but
the post-treatment is also really important.
