Scarring in the nose after nose surgery? Day 23

I don't know if this is the sternum or the donor rib or the silicone sticking out. It's
 the 23rd day since the surgery
 and I don't know if it's the swelling. I don't feel like the swelling is going down, but it's just constant discomfort. Are there any kids who have experienced this?


Both 1 and 2 were swollen,
 but in number 2, the pores
 were open, and in number 1, both sides were swollen and stuck together.
 The hospital said that it was swelling and that they would give an injection if it did not go away for 2 months.
