Things to ask when consulting on forehead lift reduction

What is there?
I took notes the last time I went for a consultation for the first time, but
 when I talked to the director, it sometimes went in a direction I didn't expect, so I feel like I overdid it a bit.
 
Today, I'm going to another hospital,
 and I took notes on things I didn't ask then,
 
but I still have questions I need to keep in mind. Is there anything like this or something to check?

I want to ask about forehead reduction lift and
 eye surgery lines or something like that because of my eye asymmetry (but I don't necessarily plan on doing it), and
 I also want to do about 85% of the twitching, so I don't do the
 bottom tuck, just the twitching. They say that twisting can be done at the same time as forehead surgery.
Well, since I'm a man, I want to grow it horizontally just a little bit in case I end up with rabbit eyes.
