I got my own ribs because I wanted to get it right the first time since it was my first time...
 
I wanted a natural nose with a straight nose but also a sense of height, and my original nose was really low. I asked them to make the tip of my nose rounder. I like the 3mm bridge of my nose and the line coming down from my forehead is pretty. But the tip of my nose is too high compared to the bridge of my nose. It turned out to be a semi-nose nose. The tip of my nose also seems to have become pointed. It feels like plastic surgery.
 
They said they took as much as possible from my nose, but will it go down enough to make a straight nose from a semi-nose nose? They said autologous ribs only go down a little bit... I think it has to go down dramatically to get the nose line I want... The tip of the nose won't become round, right?
