Please take a look at columella necrosis after nose revision surgery!!!

After rhinoplasty, columella necrosis occurred.
 A lot of the columella skin was cut off
 
after resealing the necrotic area twice, and
 I have not received proper treatment for 3 weeks,
 so the wound is still not healed. The necrosis
 seems to have stopped because a lot of the necrosis was cut out, and
 the necrosis scab was large, so the middle area was necrotic. Hey
 , did you happen to have necrosis or was treated for necrosis?
 At what hospital did you get treatment and
 what kind of treatment did you get??... I'm so upset,
 I think I'm going to develop social phobia.
