There was talk of osteotomy even though it was a boknose nose.

One hospital said I needed to do an osteotomy, but the other hospital didn't say anything about an osteotomy. Since the bridge of my nose between the eyebrows is low, it would raise it by about 3-4mm, so I decided to just get the surgery at a place that doesn't do osteotomies. But is this the type of nose that looks like it needs to be osteotomized? I tried raising the tip of my nose and it was just right, so I decided not to reduce my nose bridge for now, but I guess it won't improve much? When I remove my makeup, there is no bridge between my eyebrows, so I can just pass on mascara.
