Pain in the gums after contouring

It's been 3 weeks since I had contour surgery (chin tip, square jaw).
 
I felt my gums tightening from the beginning, but it didn't cause tooth pain.
 
But from the 2nd week, when I eat food that requires chewing... my teeth hurt so much that I can't eat.
 
When I looked up reviews of contour surgery, I didn't see many symptoms like this, so is this normal?
 
Tooth pain due to tightening gums... Even if I eat soft food, if I eat it for a long time, the pain from my upper and lower teeth hitting each other is so severe that I can't eat at all.
 
And I had high-frequency massages twice in the 2nd week, but the director who did the surgery told me to wait a month for the high-frequency because my gums were still weak.
 
So I didn't do it, and the lump at the end of my chin got harder and it hurt. ㅠㅠ Is it normal for high-frequency to be done after a month? Did the high-frequency weaken my gums and make my tooth pain worse? ㅠㅠ
