First surgical incision, rhinoplasty, concerns about eye correction

2 places: non-incision + epicanthoplasty
 1 place: both are possible, but incision is recommended + epicanthoplasty
 1 place: partial incision + non-incision eye correction + epicanthoplasty
 2 places: incision + incision eye correction + epicanthoplasty I
