Forehead lift for those in their 30s

Has anyone received it? I'm in my 30s, isn't it too early? ㅠ
 Looking at reviews these days, I see people younger than me getting it too, so
 it seems like they do it regardless of age if it's a case that requires it.
 For reference, I went for a consultation for a reoperation and was told I needed to get a forehead lift...;;;
First of all, ㄹㅌ. ㄹㅂㅇ. Bts. ㅌㅇㄹ I have scheduled a consultation and am going for a consultation in early July.
 
1. Materials used (thread, endotine)
 2. Incision location
 3. How much improvement will there be if I receive it.
 

I just want to ask this much, is it enough?
