How about performing the surgery yourself?
I was complaining because the tip of my nose was sagging a lot. I went to a consultation and was recommended costal cartilage.
Well, I was already expecting it, so I wasn't surprised. But when I was about to make the decision, I was worried because it was a rather big surgery. I thought about using a donated rib instead, but oh well, I'm thinking of going with a guide and having my own costal rib. I do it, but I worry about the pain. I usually tolerate pain well, but it's not because it doesn't hurt. I just tolerate it because I don't want to show off that it hurts. They say the incisions are small with minimal incisions, but I think there's an issue with the depth. I am troubled by this thought.

Is there an example of using a self-made rib here?
