What should I do if my ability to open my eyes is weak even if I dual wield?

I'm a boy, and I double-handed 6 years ago, but now I have a slightly female-like outline. If I open my eyes wide, I can't see the double-handed lines, so I have to open my eyes like this, but when I look at the computer screen or zone out, my ability to open my eyes is weak, so I can only see 60-70% of the pupils. It seems like I haven't had any eye correction, and if you look here, they say you should never do eye correction, so what if you can have ptosis even if you have a double eyelid like me?? When I open my eyes wide, my forehead lifts and there are a lot of wrinkles on my forehead. Should I still get eye correction?!
