When should you start taking angelica fish and Elas A?

Today is the 6th day, and partial stitches have been removed and the splint has not been removed yet.
 There are still yellow bruises and swelling on my face. If
 you look at my face, I can say it's been 3-4 days since surgery
 . I'm the type of person that gets swollen and bruised more than others, but...
 nose recovery . I don't know if it's like this originally or because of my age, but it feels like the recovery is slower than when I double-handed 10 years ago.
 Two days ago, I visited the hospital today to check on the progress. I had a blood clot in my nose, so I removed it with a syringe and
 the feeling of the blood being drawn out was really unpleasant. I don't want to go through that again.
 I thought it couldn't go on like this, so I bought angelica root and Elas-A on the way home. I
 looked it up and it said that you should take Elas-A after the bleeding has stopped, but I usually take it about a few days after surgery.
I also bought liquid iron to help the bruises go away quickly ㅜㅜ Ha... it's really a battle with recovery.
