I had surgery on May 23rd, and yesterday I had the splint removed and the outer stitches removed. Right after that, it was the first time I saw my nose. I don't know if it was because I was too busy looking at the lines, but when I looked at it this morning, it seemed like my nostrils were even. I don't know if it was because of the swelling, but it will continue to be like this from now on. I'm so depressed because I'm worried that it might be mismatched, and I can't get my hands on things. My nose was originally not even at all. ㅠㅠ The photo taken right after the splint was removed at the hospital said it didn't look like it was mismatched at all... It turned out to be mismatched like this overnight. Is it possible?... I'm so worried because it's my first surgery and my first nose surgery. Are there any cases like this?
Oh, and during the treatment yesterday, I thought the thing sticking out of my nostril was dust, so I pulled it out, but when I looked at it, it turned out to be stitches that had dissolved inside... The doctor who treated me said it was okay, but the dissolved threads on the inside of the nostril where the stitches were removed were completely gone, and there was blood. There's nothing like that. ㅠㅠ That's okay, right...?
Isn't it because the melting thread fell out that it became asymmetrical? The side where the threads are missing feels like it's spread out more. The side where the threads are still on still feels thin...! Is it true that this can still happen because of the swelling? I would like to ask for comments from those who have had nose surgery.. I am so anxious ㅠㅠ
