  as the tip of the nose was raised. However, I looked again recently and saw that there was a black dot on the tip of the nose, and when I touched it slightly, it felt sharp, so I asked the hospital again, and found out that the thread inside the nose was rising as the swelling at the tip of the nose went down. The hospital says that
 after 1-2 months, if the thread rises a little more, pull it out with tweezers until it rises, and if it doesn't rise, cut it off and wait. I wonder if this is right... If you
  pull the thread out for no reason, it will spread to your nose and cause side effects later. I'm anxious and the hospital tells me to wait for now that it's okay, but should I go to another hospital and ask?
