Dhruvava, the person with the nose build-up

To those of you who have suffered from nose contractures,
 I have a question.
 
1. What are the premonitory symptoms of nasal contractures? Is there something similar??
 If your nose is tight, itchy in your nose, it hurts when you touch it, etc.
 
2. If you get contractures, should you have a reoperation or removal right away??
 Doesn't it get better with antibiotic injections or medicine??
 
3. If I have contracture symptoms, can I go to a plastic surgery clinic other than the plastic surgery clinic that performed the surgery or a plastic surgery clinic?
 
I've had a nose job for a little over 4 years now, but since 3-4 days ago, my left nostril has been itchy and it feels like a foreign body, so I scratch it and it feels sore and tight. I'm really worried that it might be a contracture.
