I got consultations at three places today, and they all said my skin was thin, and two places said that raising my nose too much would be difficult because my skin is small and my skin is
thin. I want to make it natural, so that's okay, but they said 431(ㅂㅅㅇ) requires 1-2mm of silicone and ㅇㄷㅇㅇㅇ requires 3mm. I'm leaning toward 431, but if the silicone is inserted low, will there be a problem with transparency even with my thin skin? By the way, they said that they would use ear cartilage first and then the nasal
septum. I didn't think about it during the consultation, but I'm worried after seeing articles that say to insert autologous dermis or alloderm because my skin is thin. Both places are careful to make it natural and safe, and if there was no mention of autologous dermis or alloderm, does my skin not have to be thin enough to worry about??
