When autologous costal cartilage is removed

 in the first surgery, they used silica + ear cartilage + nasal septum. Since the nose was originally small and short, it didn't really feel like surgery, and there were no side effects. That's why I didn't endure it until now.... They say that if you do a second surgery, they usually recommend autologous ribs..... ....
